The Service
The following Terms of Service grants you access to the Pro Wedding Ideas e-Book
and the Pro Wedding Ideas website including all content and documentation
(“Licensed e-Book”), if any, delivered with it that are attached to or accompanied by this
End User License Agreement. The purchase of an A PLUS e-Book is a license of
the e-Book’s content. You are granted personal, noncommercial use according to the
terms and conditions of this Agreement. By accessing the licensed e-Book, you have
the right to use it in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Your use of the licensed e-Book indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The License and Conditions
A PLUS OFFERS, INC grants you a personal non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the licensed e-Book. You may reproduce and store portions of the licensed e-Book content for your personal use, and noncommercial use. Full-scale reproduction of
book contents is expressly prohibited.
You may not use the Licensed e-Book on more than one computer system concurrently,
make or distribute unauthorized copies of the Licensed e-Book, create by decompilation or otherwise the source code of the Licensed e-Book, or use, copy, modify, or transfer the Licensed e-Book, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. If you transfer possession of the licensed e-Book to a third party, the license is automatically terminated. Such termination will be in addition to any civil or other remedies available to A PLUS EBOOKS, INC.
The License Term
A PLUS EBOOKS, INC may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the licensed e-Book for cause, including, without limitation, your breach of this Agreement,
including for a violation of these terms and conditions. Upon such termination you shall immediately cease using the licensed e-Book and will have no further rights under
your registered use.
Terms of Use
• You are granted the right to access all content of the licensed e-Book, according to the terms described herein. You may also print pages of the e-Book for your personal use and
reference in connection with your course using the print function included in the program functionality.
• You agree to protect the licensed e-Book from unauthorized use, reproduction, or
distribution. You further agree not to translate, decompile, or disassemble the
licensed e-Book.
• You will notify A PLUS EBOOKS, INC of any known or suspected unauthorized use
of your activation code including unauthorized use or theft of your log in or registration information.
• A PLUS EBOOKS, INC reserves the right to modify, add or remove content, features
and functionality of the licensed e-Book at the publisher's sole discretion.
• Access to the service may be interrupted due to routine site maintenance or by actions
beyond the control of A PLUS EBOOKS, INC such as acts of God and equipment failure.
• You acknowledge that the use of the licensed e-Book is for your personal use only.
Multi-use configurations or network distribution of the licensed e-Book is expressly
prohibited.
• You agree that the content of the licensed ebook is for entertainment purposes only.
You also agree that any action you take as a result of the information presented in the
ebook will be at your own risk & you will not hold A Plus EBoks, Inc, any of its partners, associates, employees or affiliates liable for any damages resulting from the suggestions
and/or ideas presented in the ebook.
Copyright
The entire contents of the licensed e-Book and other material available through your registration are protected by copyright, unless otherwise indicated. Full-scale copying of licensed e-Book contents is expressly prohibited. You may not remove, delete, transmit or create derivative works from any of the licensed e-Book content. No part of any chapter of any book may be transmitted in any form by any means or reproduced for any other purpose, without the prior written permission from A PLUS EBOOKS, INC except as permitted under relevant fair
dealing provisions. Any other use violates this Agreement and is strictly prohibited.
All interfaces, look and feel, navigation schemes, designs and program features and functional
of the licensed e-Book are the property of A PLUS EBOOKS, INC and may not be copied
or reproduced or used in derivative works.
DISCLAIMER
THE LICENCED e-Book IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WIHTOUT LIMITATIONS ACCURACY, OMISSIONS, COMPLETENESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHER INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE LICENCED e-Book. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE USE OF THIS SERVICE IS ENTIRLY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
This Agreement is governed by US law. You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
The terms of service applies to consumers that have signed up on the www.ProWeddingIdeas.com website. We may use the personal information that members & visitors give us to work with other third party businesses in order to bring selected retail opportunities to our members & visitors via direct mail, email and telemarketing. These businesses may include providers of direct marketing services and applications, including lookup and reference, data enhancement, suppression and validation and email marketing.
